Residence Application

Required Documents:

1. Online application form   https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/ 

2. Photocopy of your passport

3. 4 photos (white background, biometric) 

4. Health insurance

5. Student Certificate

6. Payment receipt for residence card

 7. If the student is under eighteen years of age and arrives without a visa;

a. Letter of Consent: The foreign student's parents must give permission to study and live in Turkey, and for this, they must have a letter of consent issued by the competent authorities in their country.

 b. Birth Certificate

8. Notarized copy of the rental contract

9. Invoice registered in the student's name

10. Certificate of residence

11. İPtt UETS (National Electronic Notification System) statement for students who will apply for residence extension. (Can be purchased from PTT.)
